"Refund came through, just wish it was quicker"
I ordered something from percussionsource.com and ended up needing to return it. my first reaction was kind of like, “ugh, how long is this gonna take?” The refund did show up eventually, so that part was fine, but it wasn’t exactly fast. Customer service was decent when I reached out to check on it. Not a bad experience overall, just wish the refund process moved a little quicker

"Shipping confirmation could be clearer"
I was a bit confused after placing my order because the confirmation didn’t really make it clear what had actually shipped. I had to dig around to figure it out, which was kind of frustrating. Other stores I’ve ordered from usually list each item and its shipping status right in the email, so this felt a little behind compared to competitors

"Checkout was quick and easy"
I had a smooth time ordering from percussionsource.com. It was easy to find what I needed, the cart worked like it should, and checkout didn’t drag on forever. The only thing I’d say is that the shipping options could’ve been a little clearer, because I had to pause for a minute to make sure I understood them. But overall, the whole process was simple and I got through it without any hassle.

"Pretty good sticks, one was kinda rough"
Overall I liked these sticks, they feel nice and seem like good quality. One of them was a little rough in the hand tho, like it wasn’t finished as smooth as the others. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed.

I kept looking for a clear pattern in the instructions—like who to contact, what the steps were, and what fees applied, but the info felt scattered. Emails took a while to get responses, and by the time I finally understood the return costs, it didn’t really feel worth sending back

I had an issue and had to go back and forth with support a bit, which was kind of frustrating. To be fair, they did eventually fix it, so I guess that counts for something. Not the smoothest experience, but it worked out in the end.

It looked pretty much like the pictures when it showed up, so that was a relief. The color might be a tiny bit off, but not enough to make a big deal out of it. I do wish it didn’t feel like such a hassle to deal with everything, but overall I’m happy with it
"Poor Packaging and No Excuse for the Damage"
I ordered a small percussion piece the way it was packed was disappointing. It came in a flimsy thin box with barely any padding, so of course one corner was crushed by the time it arrived. The item itself ended up with marks on it, which is really frustrating. If I’m paying for shipping, I expect the company to take responsibility and make sure the product is actually protected. This shouldn’t be on the customer to deal with. Not happy with the experience at all.

But they emailed me quickly, explained what was going on, and gave me the option to either wait or cancel. I decided to wait, and reading between the lines, it seemed like they actually had a good handle on the timeline instead of just giving me a vague answer. They kept me updated without me having to follow up, and it shipped when they said it would. smooth experience overall.

"Decent order, but the communication was a hassle"
I ordered from Percussion Source and the item itself was fine, so no big issue there. But the communication kind of wore me out. I had to email twice before I got a clear answer, and the replies felt a little rushed. I guess I usually assume if a shop is quiet, everything is moving along fine, but in this case I really needed an update and had to chase it down. Not a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Not a ton of options for what I was looking for"
I checked out percussionsource.com because I was trying to find a few specific drum accessories and some mallets, but the selection felt a little limited. Some of the things I expected to see either weren’t available or only had one choice, if that makes sense.
The site itself was easy to browse, but I ended up leaving without ordering anything. It might be fine if you just need basic stuff, but it didn’t really have the variety I was hoping for.

I went on there just trying to find what I needed, and I kept getting lost. The pages would load kind of weird, then I’d click something and, wait, where did that menu go? Checkout was confusing too, so the whole thing ended up being more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"A bunch of the drum stuff I needed wasn’t available"
The site itself was easy to use, so that part was fine. But then I kept clicking on drum parts and realizing a lot of them were out of stock, which got old fast. I was trying to get a few things soon, and yeah, it’s just frustrating when you find what you need but can’t actually buy it. Navigation was okay though, I’ll give them that.

I ordered a cymbal stand from Percussion Source, and overall it was pretty much as described. The size, finish, and hardware all matched the listing, so there weren’t any weird surprises or anything. I do wish they had included a little more info about the weight, though, because it felt a bit heavier than I thought it would... but that’s not a huge deal. It showed up in good shape and I’m still happy with it overall.

"Showed up in great shape"
My order from percussionsource.com got here in really good condition. The box had a little shipping wear on it, but it wasnt anything I was worried about.
Everything inside was packed up nicely, and the item itself looked clean. I didnt see any scratches, dents, or anything weird when I checked it over.
I was glad it showed up looking basically new. No problems at all, and Id order from them again.

I was interested in the order, and the item itself seemed fine, but then the shipping cost popped up and it kind of threw me off. Like, I get that shipping isn’t free, but it felt way higher than I expected. I almost forgot what I was even buying because I was just staring at the total. It kind of ruined the whole thing for me

I ordered a few drum parts and the whole thing was mostly alright. The prices were fair, but shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would and the updates weren’t super quick. Everything showed up in good condition though, so I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a hurry
